The FEI has approved the Schedule for 4Foulee CSI3* Zielona Góra, which will be held on 24-27 April at the WOSiR Drzonków hippodrome.
During the four days of competition, 18 show jumping classes will be played out, from 110 to 145 cm, in the CSI3*, CSI1* and young horse categories.
The total prize pool will reach €156,600 and as many as three classes will count towards the world ranking. On Friday, it will be class against the clock, at 145 cm, with a prize pool of €28,200. On Saturday, riders will compete in the 145 cm class with a winning round, where the prize money will account to €29,000. The most important class of the event is Sunday's Group C Longines Rankings Grand Prix, where the prize pool will reach €57,000. The competition will count as a qualifier for this year's European Championships and next year's World Championships.
‘I am very pleased that this year, thanks to our partners, the 4Foulee event in Zielona Góra has achieved a 3* rank. This significantly increases the prize pool, the sporting level and the prestige of the event. The Sunday Grand Prix competition will be count as a qualifiier for the European and World Championships. We are also not forgetting about the riders who have so far competed at the 2* level - they will be able to jump two world ranking classes. Friday's Speed Masters Big Tour competition and Saturday's Medium Tour Final will be held at the 145 cm level.’ - says event director Szymon Tarant.
Three Small Tour competitions are also scheduled as part of the CSI3* - each (including the final) at a height of 130 cm. The programme is completed by competitions for young horses of six and seven years of age with a height handicap and classes within CSI1* - Elite Tour (110/115 cm) and Advance Tour (120/125 cm).
